We bring science to your school in this exciting experience day where children not only get to learn about the various forces that control and govern our world but also apply what they have learnt in various activities and experiments.

Each part of the day starts with a demonstration, introducing the children to what they are about to explore. Most of the day, however, the children will find themselves doing activities and experiements, making the learning experiential and long lasting.

In this experience day about forces and magnets your children will learn:

• What some of the key forces are, that affect them every day.

• How these forces can be/are used for complex and simple tasks.

• What magnets are and how they work.

• How magnets can be used.

• How builders, architects and engineers take forces into account when creating buildings.

• What are bridges.

• Different types of bridges and how they work (what forces are at play).

• That science is fun!
